How does Meat and Greet work?
If your organization has 100 members and each member invites 5 guests (supporters, friends, family, neighbors) for free gourmet food at a Meat and Great. Gourmet Entrees will supply the food, cook, serve, and clean-up for 600 people.

How much can our organization make?
You will recieve $5 for each box ordered at the Meat and Greet. If each of the 600 people that attend the Meat and Greet order 2 boxes, you can make $6,000 (600 supporters times 2 boxes each times $5 per box). If you have 3 Meat and Greet cookouts each year, you can make $18,000! But wait, there's more! Every time one of your members or supporters orders online, you will get a $2 credit for it. So if each supporter orders 2 boxes per month for 9 months, that's another $21,600 (600 supporters times 2 boxes per month times 9 months times $2 per box)!

How do we obtain invitations?
Gourmet Entrees provides as many color invitations as needed for your organization. These are custom made at no cost to you. The invitation includes your organizations name, date and time of the event, location of the event, and date and time of product delivery.

How do we pay for our orders?
All members and guests will pay your organization on the day of the event with check, cash, money order, or, if you can accept credit cards, Master Card or Visa. Gourmet Entrees will bring you a bill on the date of delivery.

What about delivery?
Delivery will be determined by you prior to invitations being sent out. Delivery can be anytime after 7 days from the date that the Meat and Greet is on. The delivery person or persons is cheerful, organized, and will stay to make sure that product is properly distributed.
